Absolutely rude, but turn around and accuse you of being rude. Absolutely unable to take any constructive feedback, start arguing and insulting and interrupt you continuously to lie that you are “yelling” if you try to provide it. When caught out trying to give me the same web address I am already on, and I ask if she is literally providing me with the same website address that I’m already on as solution to the fact that she doesn’t know how to navigate their website. She goes on a full blown personal attack.
