Graeme has been a client of ours for over 4 years now. He has purchased a number of custom-built computers from us to drive his architectural design software, including another one this last week. Knowing i wanted to renovate my existing place in the future, but not knowing where to begin I contacted Graeme at Buildingdesigned. He was able to step me through the process. He has given me a clear understanding of what i can and can not do. Although i'm not quite ready to renovate at the moment, i do know that when I am, I will be going back to Graeme and his team to help me with any new up to date requirements and for his building design experience to make my dreams a reality.

Worst decision ever was initiating Graeme to attempt doing the work for our home.He wasted thousands of dollars countless hours and many many precious months of time.His ability to achieve his promises is zero, with endless meetings, directly with him in his office, including our builder, he was not capable of completing tasks to a satisfactory standard by any meansEndless errors, and extreme delays with slow work performance. Our Builder was embarrassed that they referred us to here and after months and months of endless errors and delays. . We went elsewhere.Grahams attitude was poor and had zero enthusiasm towards our project during the entire process. He will give you no direction, and the only time he’s interested is when he sends a bill for work that was substandard and incorrect full of errors he refuses to fix.0/10.

Graeme drew the extension plans for our family home. His attention to detail, his enthusiasm to create exactly what we asked for in a timely and exceptional manner meant our home has been completed beyond our expectations. My husband and I would consider no one else in any future endeavours and highly recommend Graeme and his team at building designed to anyone considering taking the step to build, renovate or extend their own home.
