Dear Stone Real estate. Thank you for replying to my last comment. However no pictures you provided showed cigarettes butts? Also we had to wait 2 weeks for you guys to fix our toilets and taps. I see another tenant had a similar issue. Also during covid you were completely unhelpful and actually caused us financial stress. I’m glad you feel the need to reply, and just a FYI to anyone reading this, the lawns were done. We simply cannot help if you choose to wait nearly 2 weeks to finally do the out of house inspection.Have to love when a real estate say they pride themselves for looking after good tenants. Until there were issues, you didn’t hear from us. Pride is a big word for a company that surely doesn’t show it.

Moving on...Adam had sold us our house a couple of years ago so it was really easy to sell it through Star Partners. Loved the blue door - made it stand out heaps. They have a lot of contacts and almost sold the house before it even went on the market! Really stood by us as we went through the experience.
