Just had a script filled at Ocean Shores Pharmacy and was charged $19.65. Got home and thought this may have been a mistake and checked the Chemist Warehouse price for the same type of script $6.30. Rang the pharmacy and asked if they had made a mistake. Their answer ....no mistake that is our price. Lesson to all don't shop at Ocean Shores Pharmacy.

Incredibly rude and aggressive pharmacist. He refused to let his staff refund me for a child’s toothbrush that I had purchased the previous day. When I opened the box I discovered it was mouldy and I couldn’t use it. The pharmacist actually shouted at me that it was only $6 and I shouldn’t make a fuss. Absolutely appalling behaviour. The other staff there were lovely and were trying their best to help, but he is abusive and inept.

I am in complete shock - I put my trust in this pharmacy to hold onto my scripts, they advised me this is the best and most manageable way if they kept them on file.I moved to another town and called to ask if i can have the scripts sent to me - they are apparently missing.WORST OF ALL - the man on the phone continued to accuse me of not taking my medication in a complete and utterly disrespectful and judgy tone. I have never been left feeling so humiliated and mistreated in my life. I am appalled and disapointed that I was convinced to leave my scripts with these useless human beings. Shame on you.

Great service! Had a recurring problem which has now completely cleared up thanks to the incredibly helpful team in the herbal dispenser, had been to the doctors several time and it was their recommendation which finally resolved it! Great team, extremely helpful staff. Thank you so much.

Terrible service. The rudest pharmacist I’ve ever met in my life. I’ve a chronic illness and he offered zero help, told me that the medication I asked for was incorrect and that no one would prescribe this medication to someone with my condition, however, I’ve been living with this condition for over 25 years.He then offered no help to find a doctor, bare in mind I had tears in my eyes and was extremely sick and upset. Very surprised that he has any sort of medical degree.This man was also wearing a dirty t-shirt. Beyond unprofessional, no one should be dismissed the way I was.

Appalling experience. I came in with a chronic condition to which I needed specialist advice. The pharmacist did not even come down from behind his station to look, but rather I was given second hand advice from from him through a service staff that was completely useless and would have seen me waste $50.Upon presenting to a GP I was diagnosed with a condition the Pharmacist would have been able to clearly diagnose. I consider this malpractice and I think it is disgraceful!!When did it become okay for the 'professionals' to make assumptions instead of diagnosis?

Incredibly patient staff that are doing their best in an incredibly stressful situation and the daily abuse they get for things that are out of their control. I love their diverse range of health foods, luxury goods and all the chemist basics.

The staff was very nice.I booked for Covid Booster (AstraZeneca) and without any consent or notification they gave me Moderna spikevax and when I was asking the pharmacist (younger one) who gave me the shot. The another pharmacist (older one) was being rude to me and told me to move from the place … He said “Move from there we have to serve the customers” I was also there customer whom they gave a wrong shot of vaccination. He doesn’t even bother to talk about it. He was being racist. I respect there profession but this was ridiculous.I literally cried. He was very very rude.

I would give zero stars if I could. The rudest, most juvenile & socially inept pharmacist I have ever met in my life. After a difficult diagnosis following a medial procedure, I forgot to pick up a packet of medication I had ordered. He called me on the telephone telling me I needed to pick it up and when I tried to explain that I no longer needed it - and why - he berated me for wasting their time and hung up the telephone before I could even speak or explain. Shocked, I telephoned back immediately to try and clear things up and provide some feedback on his 'customer service' - but as soon as he heard my voice he said he wasn't interested and hung up the phone again before I could even speak. I honestly do not understand how someone who possesses such ineptitude for basic manners or human decency can be gainfully employed in a customer facing role. Avoid interactions with this man at all costs.*separately, all the women who work here are lovely & this review is no reflection on them*.
