I went in to inquire about a stone cladding. The elderly lady in the shop made me feel very little and unwelcome. Customer service experience was pretty bad.

We read the reviews prior to attending and we were pleasantly surprised. The service provided was great, friendly and very helpful. Building a new home, the choices can be overwhelming. We narrowed our choices down to three options and we were provide with 3 samples to take away, to help us colour match with other features. Thank you to the nice lady that assisted us (sorry I can't remember your name).
