Came here for breakfast with my two kids after a morning at Timezone. Terrible experience.Firstly the printer on the self serve wasn’t working - this isn’t a big thing but I like to have a copy of my receipt in case there are problems later.Took fifteen minutes for food to arrive - in that time several people from the drive through had to come in and collect their food too. Seemed pretty disorganised to be honest.Selected the ‘dine in’ option as I ordered but everything came takeaway. When I said we had ordered to dine it the girl behind the count just said ‘it doesn’t say that on the ticket’. I’m not sure how the way your machines communicate with each other is my problem - if you’re not going to acknowledge the request don’t put it on the self serve machine. Despite this, she made no effort to get us a tray - just too bad so sad. Opened food and it was subpar - one lot of the ‘hot cakes’ were stone cold and there was only cutlery for one person out of three. There was also only one syrup for one serve of hot cakes not the two ordered. In the time we sat eating our breakfast I saw one of the other girls at the front have an argument with another customer.Clearly the standards here are sub par both in customer service and quality of food. Too many people (or maybe the manager) working here with an ‘I don’t care ‘ attitude, or perhaps staff just aren’t trained in how to do the little things well. These are not difficult things for a restaurant to achieve. Will not be coming back to this McDonalds again I’ll stick to my local one in the future.

Firstly no staff to attend to the customer secondly, after ordering my family bundle meal, despite the fact that it was not a busy time, the staff were busy chatting and play with themselves instead of making customer's order to the extent that i have to leave my order because my uber has waited long enough. This is not the first time same with delivery poor packaging of customers food, unprofessionalism, bad customer service. Infact any positive review on McDonald's websites is not real but made up. Rating 0/5.

I was here at 10/1030pm on a Tuesday night. I ordered 2 soft drinks from the kiosks and it took them 10mins from payment to just get 2 soft drinks, no one else was waiting inside the restaurant. Very poor customer service.

I can't even begin to describe how many balls were dropped with my order tonight.Drive-thru order:Person taking the order seemed like he couldn't wait to be finished talking and needs to learn some active listening.Long wait for fast food.Girl at the drive-thru window couldn't even acknowledge me and wouldn't even give me a thankyou (to let me know my order was completed). After starting our meals we discovered:1 x drink 1/3 filled no ice.1 x drink half filled no ice.1 x Angus burger (if you can call it that), stale bun, no sauce, no cheese, 3 tiny bits of lettuce. So basically just meat and stale bread.I tried to call several times to resolve this however the phone just rings out.Honestly, if you can't fill a drink or notice stale bread, perhaps minimum wage isn't for you?

Food was fineBut I felt sorry for anyone ordering coffee or anything from the barista... Dusting right above for about 10minutes I could literally see dust flying through the air as she was up there. Surely this isn't hygienic and surely this could be done when the store is closed for this reason.

The toilets are closed. I asked to use the sink for my kids to wash their hands stopping contamination and Covid but they said the toilets are closed and closets ones are kfc or the mall which is a good 5min walk. They wouldn’t tell me why they are closed and made me feel like a Karen for asking. They were rude. How are we meant to be Covid safe.

Went here late at night on Monday, and the staff were really nice. Especially the speaker boy “Josh” with an accent. It was really quick and easy to order, and fresh food. Thanks :)

Honestly has to be the dirtiest McDonalds I been in. Toilets disgusting ,and no toilet paper.Floors through out store dirty, .Staff very unfriendly which definitely made me want to review. My niece is 9years and to take her to the toilet was unhygienic, not cool. Lift your game guys.And customer service you definitely need to work on.

I WAS GASLIGHTED AT MCDONALDS.Me and my family were famished after a long day of hard work and deep cleaning. We decided to reward ourselves with a trip to maccas. Unfortunately the employee gave me sparkling water after i order sprite no sugar, she proceeded to GASLIGHT me into thinking it was actually what i ordered even though it was clearly sparkling water. They forgot to give us chips and when we asked for a different drink they gave us empty cups. my burger also came with no sauce. Never visiting again.
