Outstanding people with the best service around town, I went to other places and was made feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, walked into Townsville funerals and was made feel at ease straight away. Townsville funerals and cremations is run by some amazing people! They went above and beyond in helping me organise a perfect send off for my son! They were so understanding and helpful, words can’t express how grateful I am. They are all so kind and caring, my sons day wouldn’t of been as perfect as it was if I didn’t have their help. They could see how much I was struggling to get things done and perfect the way I wanted it, so they listened to exactly what I was after and made it happen for me, even working on things at home in their own time. I’m so so grateful and definitely recommend this family business. Thankyou guys so much❤️

As well all know deaths are hard for anyone. When my grandmother passed away we went to Townsville funerals to organize her funeral. This business treated us like family from the moment we walked in to the end of the whole funeral process. The team were amazing and caring and nothing was an issue for them. I can’t recommend them enough for the outstanding service and caring nature they showed from start to finish. Being locally own and operated we also got to speak with the owners which made the experience better for us. When comparing prices Townsville funerals was very competitive. Thank you for making a very emotional day better for us.

Total disgrace this business. So very unprofessional. Had incorrect dates on the handout books, missed all of the photos from my partners mother and her children. All they said was, Sorry.... Do not use this place, terribly awfully run. Muppet show!
