We are very happy with the service and products provided by Blind Concepts! Unfortunately we had our measure and quote performed a week prior to lockdown and had to wait weeks for our installation, however the company kept in touch with us and made contact as soon as they could return and prioritised our install. All staff were very friendly and made me feel like a part of their little family. Our new blinds look amazing and are of very high quality!

Price was similar/competitive to other opposition quotes however chose these guys for their exceptional customer service. Rob was very friendly and informative and offered great advice on best install option, and owner Deb was very helpful, friendly and professional and I enjoyed dealing with this company. From the initial consultation Rob really listened to what we wanted and gave great advice when it came to our selections. The quote was very reasonable and provided on the same day. All follow up questions were promptly answered, all appointments were on time and excellent communication was maintained throughout. Any issues were resolved without fuss and the team also went over and above to organise curtain installation for us as well. Highly recommend motorisation to anyone who is interested as it works a charm and makes life so much easier if you have a lot of windows. Having been doing renovations for a while now, I can honestly say that I wish more service providers were like Blind Concepts! 10/10

Exceptional service and knowledge from Rob and the team. Rob assisted in getting specific blinds and solutions to fit our needs and we very happy with the results.
