Absolutely never again in this place.Last month I spent 137$ for sns and shellack on my toeas, no pedicure and no manicure. Yesterday over than the owful sns done by someone who is learning, I paid 154$ for the same, with no explanation for the over price.

Completely shocked at the prices! What an absolute rip off and no value for the price tag. Had I walked into a luxe nail salon then I can and would accept the price tag, but this run of the mill salon is charging more than premium rates. $126 for a mani pedi with shellac. No wonder there was no one in there. The service was average, staff friendly enough. They even have the audacity to charge a surcharge on the weekend. I am one very upset customer who will never walk in there again. Recommending customers to head to the high streets where pricing is reasonable and fair.

Best set of nail I’ve ever had done by Kerrie! She payed so much attention to detail and kept checking in with me, definitely worth paying extra!!!

Had a manicure and pedicure today as a regular customer and I will never go back.I requested my finger nails be same shape a little shorter, instead they were cut right back and she also filed the sides of my nails right back, they are now very sore. I realised what she had done after she had almost finished filing one hand. I have never had my nails filed right back at the sides to the point of irritation. eventually another girl came to finish my other hand. I explained initially I wanted the same shape just a little shorter. One staff member said she must have misunderstood, not sure how as it was very basic same shape a little shorter. I expressed my dissatisfaction and I would pay for the pedicure but not the very poor manicure. I was only offered a $5 discount by the manager after 20 mins of discussion over the phone absolutely ridiculous. Extremely poor customer service. I am now left with one very irritated right hand and possibly infection. Not happy ! Stay away!

Too pricy ! They charged $115 for shellac pedicure and manicure. Much dearer than other places for the same thing . No extras. I have been to places charging less and with better results . Shame cause the staff was nice but wouldn’t go back for that cost !

The first time I went to this salon and got acrylics my entire pinky nail acrylic AND real nail ripped off. This had never happened to me but didn’t blame that salon and decided to go back a couple months later after the nail had started to grow back. When going back I got judged for my nail care. When telling them what happened and asking them for a short set my request was refused, I was then told that I needed to come back for infills in a maximum of 2 weeks, which tells me they did a slack job. I then asked them for white blue chrome but ended up with a yellow undertone. Usually I would let this slide but after paying $155 to say I’m infuriated is an understatement. When I asked why the price was so steep they told me it was because of the extra length (that I asked them to shorten multiple times) and the chrome polish (which wasn’t what I asked for either). Although they did a good job and shaping them I am overall extremely disappointed with my experiences at this salon!!!

Went here for a change assuming it would be roughly the same price as everywhere else in location. The exact same treatment in all other shops is $65, (or $70-$75 with shellac removal) and this place charged $110 for shellac on hands, and normal polish on feet. (I had no product on my nails so no removal required) There was literally no difference in service and no pricelists inside the shop (apparently its in the window)..not sure how nails can be $50 in difference to their competitor on a different level in centre. Two other customers complained while I was there but I didn't pay much attention as figured it was probably a few dollars more expensive.Crazy!!!!

$70 for a shellac pedicure is extortion. They didn't even do a good job. The lady next to me had fungal on her toes, I know because the nail person told her and then they used the same pedicure tools on me.Would never go back to this place.

The director did my nails and gave me an amazing manicure. She was so skilled. She said she's usually based in Chatswood and charges double the price but they were really short staffed here and she was filling in, I feel so lucky I got her because my nails look amazing.

Second time to lacquer. So happy with the result. Emily is quick and efficient but also gentle. The shop is busy with alot of customer but she took time with my nails and result is very neat. Good selection of color that i like too
