Ghan Homes carried out construction of our multi unit development. The project ran in a timely manner ,with regular communication between the project manager( Kris Vella) and ourselves .Karim ( Principal) and Kris wanted to ensure we were happy with each stage of the build and all went well . Poor services .. Just wastage of time1.. You sent me an email after my review . Screen shot can be provided.Your sale consultant told me that we will provide you A to Z services.3.. You never called me back between my email on 26 th Oct to uptil my review on on 19th Nov4.. All phone calls screen shots can be provided.You sent me an email to remove review but I refused than you answered my review which is no correct.You need lot of improvement in your services.

Ghan is a very professional builder with a good reputation. They helped me build two twonhouses in 2020 when it was a hard time for alomst everyone. They still completed the building on time (actually earlier) with quality services. I'd recommend them if anyone needs to build/renovate their homes.Their team are professional, helpful, patient and easy to communicate. The most important part is, they respond, very quickly.

Worked with Ghan Homes, from personal experience they are a very dodgy builder. They work with unprofessional tradesmen who do not know how to perform tasks to standard. They charge extra for high quality materials, but they then buy the cheap material to rip off customers.

Ghan is amazing from the office to the trades on site. Kris was one of the best supervisors I have ever worked with as this was our 5th house built. Definitely using them again.
