Very friendly and polite service. Dr Rob was very gentle and was very informative. I was very nervous going in for my first session and can honestly say I felt nothing. It was painless and fast. Highly recommend!!!

We had the best experience today for my partner birthday.I was scared of being to cold,but Ken was so helpful with making our treatment enjoyable.We went in feeling a little tied, and we both came out feeling a million dollars.What amazing experience we both had together for a wonderful treatment feeling fantastic

First time visiting the clinic, I am beyond impressed. As I first arrived I was offered tea or coffee and felt so welcome as soon as I stepped in.Dr Rob is amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The consultation process was honest and he took his time to explain every little detail about the procedure I was asking about. Dr Rob takes a photo during the consultation process and displays it on a large screen and fully analyses your goals and desires with you, very insightful. I would fully recommend Dr Rob and secret skin Shellharbour.Ken, the manager was very helpful with my booking needs and he went above and beyond to accomodate.Thank you Dr. Rob!

Awesome Cryo session. The best staff. So friendly, and informative. Definitely need to do cryo for recovery, inflammation or just for feeling good. My frozen shoulder was gone after 3 sessions and inflamed tendon relieved after 2 sessions.

My girlfriend got me the Cryo therapy treatment as a present this morning with Ken and wow what an experience way quicker way better than an ice bath. Ken was very helpful, polite, informative and after three minutes I felt like a new human. I’ll definitely be going back.Thanks Ken
