Would not recommend. Pretty much just want your payment and will do a basic lodgement unless instructed by you otherwise. So if you know exactly what you are claiming then great but then may as well do it yourself.

We have scheduled a meeting where they named a place and a time. 2 minutes before start time they have asked to move it to 30 minutes. My first bad experience in Australia in the business landscape. It’s hard to imagine how they managed to run the business as I have never seen such attitude in my 10 years running business. A time waste!
