Breakfast stop! Quick easy and relaxing! Waffles with banana sprinkled with Carmel sauce. Eggs, bacon and tomatoes with stone bread. Not crowded and not too far from the wharf fingers.

I come here every so often for takeaway and each time the staff have been so welcoming and delightful, the food and drinks have been fantastic. My most recent visit I ordered takeaway iced coffees, french toast and a breaky muffin. I had an iced coffee and the French toast and it was amazing, actually better than the French toast I have tried at another cafe. The bacon added was a great addition.I will definitely be returning. I get takeaway as I'm medically vulnerable and don't dine indoors but the staff have been so accommodating and kind with providing takeaway so this place is definitely accessible if you have a physical condition or disability. Thank you so much!

I had a great breakfast here. Egg Benedict waffle. Bacon, egg, spinach, and Hollandaise sauce, on a waffle. Simply delicious. The coffe was also good.

Don't waste your time. Very average food, that is if they get your order right.Also make sure your table orders all at once.1/2 way through taking our order the nice lady said sorry kitchen will not take any more breakfast orders it's 1:01pmFunny thing they stuffed up my order and had to remake it at 1:15pm and that was breakfast food.As I said. Go elsewhere.

A delightful cafe in a great location near the wharf, and my first visit to Cairns and the Coffee Bean Estate Cafe. The staff were proactive and attentive, although a slight language barrier and loud music made the staff difficult to understand. Our food and drinks were promptly served, and they were nice. But, rather than re-engage the staff for missing condiments and toppings, and not wanting to compete with the radio, we just made do. I'd visit again on the understanding that the basic consistencies wouldn't have to be sought out. A nice cafe in a nice spot.

Excellent coffee and food. Extremely nice, friendly and professional staff. Very wide selection of food and drinks. It's not very common for cafes to have hot drinks in so many sizes, and strength (coffee), but Coffee Bean Estate is offering it to suit every one's taste. Great atmosphere. Definitely will be back next time we are visiting Cairns.

Would not do minor menu changes - asked for sourdough bread with eggs Benedict rather than muffin and was told the chef can’t cope with menu changes. Asked for gluten free bread for coeliac and was told they are uncertified for coeliac, with disgruntled and ‘put out’ vibes. Older lady working on the coffee station was gruff and rude, the lovely lady in the register was trying to be nice but was overruled but the impatient older lady on the coffee station (guess she was the boss?). Because they could accomodate my requests and I took a few more minutes to choose the same grump lady told the nice lady behind register to ask us to move over so they could serve someone else. Food arrived before coffee, was average, coffee had bunt flavour and was so hot it couldn’t be drunk for a while. Overall ruined the mood of our breaky - it’s a Sunday so who’s really in a rush? Clearly a toxic work environment - a message to the grump lady - smile - it’s free, and you’re in the hospitality service, perhaps you’re in the wrong industry?

Loved the location!!! However, the service… I have never had an experience like this. I work in hospitality for many years now but I have never seen a manager being so rude to her employees. The employees worked so hard an were being really nice to the customers. The manager kept telling them what they did wrong and was not nice while telling them. That is not a way to talk to your employees and I will not be coming back.

I went there to have a breakfast with friends the women made a mistake when the order she put through bread instead waffleMistake can happenedBut the women at the till and the cook was aggressive and wouldn't change the plateThe waitress was nice but some people who are working there are not really professional!Maybe they have to think to change their job
