I am a new patient and was able to get an appointment on the same day I phoned. The staff were all very caring and friendly. Dr Ditchfield did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this practice and will definitely be returning.

Horrible, Horrible, horrible. He told me I had to put up with a tooth ache for a month and arrogantly shouted at me that the hospital will not help me.

Fantastic service had to have partial plate from time of examining to having mould done to having plate put in and aligned.They made me feel at ease and next to no discomfort highly recommended

5 minutes late due to huge holiday traffic combined with a B double crash at the donut, which I explained. They were rude to the point of misguided arrogance, and refused to see me for my appointment - despite nobody else being in the chair. I was told I was only a single customer. I cancelled my entire families' future appointments and would not recommend. Plenty of other reasonable dentists in town.
