Such a wonderful place to being the kids. Little guy absolutely loved his time there and met some new people after his first yr was Covid ridden and meant he didn't get to meet anyone

Staff are always friendly and welcoming, we had our sons birthday party here and the staff were fantastic everything ran so seamlessly and everyone had a fantastic time.

Had my daughters birthday party there. The staff were fantastic. The room was great.Plenty of food and the kids had a great time playing on everything. Would definitely go there again

Great selection of play equipment and a playcentre with an extensive menu to cater for all. Including larger adult proper meals, gluten free food and even vegan. Health food options too! Kids had a great time

Love love love Jungle Kids for birthday parties, play dates, school holiday activities- and just chilling with lunch during the week knowing the kids are safe and happy in this comfortable and fun environment! The food is great and there are always fantastic specials being offered on their social media! Staff are extremely cognisant of what is important to families- food is prepared with care for little hands and mouths, and allergies. Our family membership is well worthwhile.

Good areas and lots of slides. Menu options are fantastic and have a wide selection, including breakfast meals. Enough tables to choose from.

We were invited to a party and arrived at the entrance with no staff member in sight. I let myself and the kids through the gate and was told off by a staff member. She was quite dismissive and rude when admitting us into the area. The management may set up a sign or place the cash register before the safety gate if they want people to wait in the small foyer instead of letting themselves in. Alternatively they may put a staff member by the gate at all time.The place was overcrowded on a Saturday afternoon with many tables and chairs. It is definitely not pram friendly and I find it hard to navigate the area.
