Rented a property in Surrey Hills and at the end of our lease, we were accused of patching the walls and cracking 1 tile in the bathroom and were going to be charged $250+ for the fixes which will be taken out of our bond. I initially thought they were trying to get a portion of our bond so I went back to our condition report at the start of the lease to prove that the defects were already there before we moved into the property Tanya got back to me and returned our full bond thankfully.

I have had my two Melbourne properties leased via Ham Kerr for a number of years now, after a terrible experience with another agency, where one of my properties was very badly looked after and suffered a lot of damage.Tanya has been great to work with and very thorough, responsive and helpful. We have had to work through finding new tenants for both my properties, which have both been great and where we found new tenants very quickly. And the level of time and care taken with inspections, given the issues I have had with other agents, has been very thorough.

Worst agency, I’ve ever experienced, bad communicators, rude property managers.. first time I met Franca she pushed past me without introducing herself.I’ve heard nothing but bad reviews from others in person.I would never use them for sales, or property management and definitely do not recommend them.
