I am truly blown away by how professional Mitch is. After multiple no shows from other local plumbers, Mitch not only turned up but communicated with me with his arrival time. It just went up from here. Mitch emailed a quote when promised, he responded to emails and texts quickly and he didn’t charge the earth. The job itself was outstanding. It was not an easy job being an absorption trench, but Mitch worked hard and did a fantastic job. He helped me with all the council paperwork and throughout the whole process he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Mitch is an anomaly; having just built a home and having dealt with so many useless and unprofessional tradespeople, Mitch is part of the 5% that actually communicate, work hard, care and complete exceptional work. Aqua line Plumbing did a great jobwith renovating our bathroom. Mitchell assisted us with designing the spaces by making some suggestions we had not thought of. He was prompt and efficient but the best thing was that he made sure everything was absolutely perfect. A truly professional plumber!
