I cannot recommend them any higher. If you’re in the market for a Japanese import of any kind they are by far the best! When it comes to the paperwork, the amazing Emmy shows talent in making the process super easy and has a noticeably genuine care for you as the customer to make sure you get the right car for you and that you are made to feel comfortable. Had a overall great experience with Nippon motors. Emmy was an absolutely pleasure to deal with and very friendly. I choose to buy the car right before Christmas so faced a few delays due to the public holidays but received the car within a few weeks after purchase factoring the car was going through clearance from the port and the public holidays. Have only owned the car for a week but overall so far no problems and everything with the car working flawlessly. They also seem super helpful if anything would to go wrong with the car which is great for anyone's piece of mind. Great import dealership. Really recommended.

Amazing customer service from our Sales Rep. She was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the whole process and explained everything clearly to us. Every staff member i have met were extremely helpful and polite. Love our car which is in great condition and exceeded all our expectations.

We had been looking for an Elgrand as the car itself has some pretty good reviews. The experience we had when we came across Nippon Imports and the team of Mo, Kenny and Emmy was awesome. They were incredibly helpful and timely with all of our queries and were honestly super generous supplying us with a Courtesy Car while we were waiting for the car's registration to come through.Service is thorough and friendly and what makes this experience for us 5 star is that follow up service is offered and honoured.We are stoked with the car itself, but all the more for the friendliness, amazing service and honesty of this dealership.
