Lovely salon and professional staff to go with this highly profitable and upmarket business where you pay an absolute premium for the services given. Georgia is amazing and I highly recommend booking in with her if you need anything from a hair cut, blow dry to a full head of foils.Unfortunately I won’t be going there again. I had cancelled an appointment the night before as I had my son in hospital with influenza and they refused to keep my $100 deposit for my rebooked appointment. I was told I had lost it due to a last minute cancellation. As much as I understand the terms and conditions I gave as much notice as possible, I didn’t just not show up (which I could have done) and I full well know that they have a cancellation list so they would have filled the appointment the following day. I am a returning customer of 2 years, spend $600 + on getting my hair done, buy their products and they couldn’t rebook my appointment without charging me again to book. So disappointing and such a shame.

Millie took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and then patiently explained the entire process to me, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed. It was incredibly refreshing to have complete transparency about the services I would receive and the associated costs.Moreover, the quality of service I received was exceptional.The salon itself had a pleasant ambiance, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The staff members were professional, friendly, and attentiveI will definitely be returning for future visits!

I could honestly not recommend I am Hair at Dural high enough. I went to see Chantel and Georgia when my hair was in the worst state it had ever been in. They have completely transformed my hair for the better. It is the healthiest, shiniest and smoothest it has been as well as regaining my thickness and length. Beyond this the environment of I am Hair is pure bliss from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. You are greeted with their warm energy and leave there looking forward to your next appointment. They are the best in the business and I will never trust or go anywhere else to have my hair done! Chantel always takes the time to review and assess my hair at every appointment. My hair has never looked or felt better. From the moment you walk on the salon is beautiful.Am always offered a complimentary head, neck and shoulder massage to start and tea/coffee.The girls all make you feel very welcome and start with a consultation about what you want to achieve.They listen and also offer advice on what they’ll do and what products to use afterwards.I’m so happy with my hair

I am Hair was such an incredible experience, all the girls are so lovely and create such an enjoyable and memorable time, all my hair needs were listened to everything was completed to perfection. My colour was beautiful and exactly what I wanted whilst my hair was also cared for through treatments. Couldn’t recommend enough!! Super yummy mock-tails too, to make you feel pampered and have you walking out feeling like a whole new person ❤️

After a disastrous experience with a hairdresser that completely ruined my hair, I came across I Am Hair. It was close to Christmas time and appointments at decent hair dressers were all booked, however I Am Hair conveniently open super early and were able to fit me in. I spoke with Chantel the salon owner and she listened to my horrible previous experience and sympathised with me right away. She understood that I was still scared of my hair being ruined even further but assured that she can fix it to exactly what I wanted. Her confidence gave me confidence and it paid off! I walked away in tears of joy because she did exactly what she said she would and made me feel good again about my hair. I have since never looked back and will always remain a loyal customer to I Am Hair. I love absolutely everything about this salon. The design is amazing and the team are all super friendly and talented. This place is second to none and I always walk away extremely satisfied every time!!!! Can’t recommend I Am Hair enough!!!

I’ve been going to I Am Hair for years, and have even followed them to their ‘new’ location lol! Service is just another level with the girls here, and I feel they really do consider everything- from a relaxing scalp massage on arrival, to food/drinks etc. Georgia does my hair, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with it. Her attention to detail is amazing, along with her knowledge she’s willing to share with you! I love picking her brain. They really try work with the customer, and for me, understand how to achieve a ‘lived in’ hair colour. Always recommend!
