This is the first time dealing with this organisation. Initially I was dealing with Meagan then it was hand balled to jinglin with out any notification of who is looking after my file. Jinglin DID NOT communicate with me at all. And was very rude and upfront when I did finally speak with her. She is very unprofessional in what she does and has no customer service skills AT ALL my whole experience with this organisation has been a absolute nightmare and I strongly recommend if you do business with them NOT to use jinglin all the best to your business and I hope you can improve in what you do ??

Just sold a property and Critchley and Associates were the brokers. I have not used them before and I dealt with Clayton Barber. He is a total gentleman and extremely professional in how he conducted the brokerage of the property. Everything went so smooth.
