Purchased my son a pair of boots from an online store that proudly states Australian owned. The shoes arrived today and I noticed they were rather small. I asked if I could swap them for another size because they are US sized shoes that are made in china. I was simply told, they don't offer exchange or refunds for wrong sizing as it puts them at a loss. I would of gladly paid for the shipping to return the wrong size and the shipping for the correct size but now I simply will not do any business with them.Reply..I paid a little over $10 for shipping, so it would of been $20 for shipping. That works out less than the 20%.

My order was delivered so quickly, communication was excellent and I found my item cheaper at Bubs warehouse than at other stores. Will definitely buy again from them.

happy with my purchase. Bought a pair of toddler boots and a change table. products arrived within a week of ordering. Tracking was updated. so far so good, as described on website and in image. Thank you

Great store and really good prices considering how expensive things are getting ATM. Not all products are made in Australia but they do have Australian made products listed not the site. I had no issue getting in touch with customer service. I realized I entered my old home address and they were able to change it for me no problem.

Terrible experience! I received something different than what I ordered and have been waiting over 6 weeks for a replacement. The supposed replacement was shipped to the wrong address (144km from my home) and no efforts have been made to get me the item I actually ordered over 9 weeks ago! In fact I keep getting told it was delivered and have to explain this again. I chase every few days and always receive a polite response but zero resolution or follow up. The worst part is the company won’t refund so I have to now challenge with the bank. A complete nightmare. Don’t order from here!! 40 emails and nothing but headaches and no product!

Easy place to shop online with great prices, and exceptional customer service! Edward went above and beyond to help me without any hesitation. Extremely grateful for his help. Will definitely be a return customer.

Definately would NOT recommend this site. I am a positive person and this is my first negative feedback. Majority of these products are shipped internationally and have an extended delay with shipping...yes,even longer than WISH. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and only half of the items have just been shipped with a further 13-39 day delivery period, the other items are STILL processing to be posted!!! They also have an excessive charge for postage. If I was aware the wait time were so excessive I would never have made the purchase. The team have been friendly but there seems to be no sense of urgency with my order, they WEREN'T even aware half of my items STILL haven't been posted, 3 weeks later! So hopefully some progress now as they chase up the distributors.

DO NOT SHOP AT BUBS WAREHOUSE!!Too start with I paid for a yellow recliner. For them to tell me I could get nearly any other colour but yellow is $60 more postage. I was not paying more shipping for a colour. So they gave me a gift card instead of a refund. So I bought the only other thing on their suitable for my son, clothes. Size 4 and 5. I received 2 outfits out of the 6 I ordered and they are a small size 2!! So I messaged them, got ignored and sent a different email stating I had received everything. So not only did I not get what I wanted, I got clothes that are of no use and $100 worth of stock not even recieved. $160 down the drain thanks bubs warehouse!!

I don't usually write a negative post. I would discourage people from buying from this website. Poor quality of items, extremely poor customer service, takes 2-3 months for items to arrive and extremely difficult to get exchanges or refunds.I was sent the wrong sizes for 2 of the 3 shoes i ordered in May and had to send a long thread of 20-25 emails, send multiple photos to eventually get a gift card for a lesser value from the same company. And a third pair which never arrived to date.This is not what i thought the experience would be when i made the purchase. ☹️

ordered 10 suits and only received 6 out of the 10, took 4 months for delivery and was refunded with store credit for the suits that didnt show up but was expected to re pay postage for the items i buy using the store credit, when i already paid postage when i first ordered them. Not happy with the length of time it took, and then when the suits didnt turn up was ignored like nothing happened. Two were returned to sender and two just werent sent. Would not recommend this site as if my baby was already here he would have outgrown them by the time they actually showed up.
