I saw Deb for the first time today & was very impressed. Deb is professional, experience & friendly.Deb listened to what I wanted & my hair is amazing. Perfect colour (blonde hair without brassy or orange tones) & only trimmed my hair as per my request.Great service & amazing affordable prices. I will be back.

Thank you so much Deb for fixing a cut done at another salon. Deb took the time to see what had been done, worked out the best way to fix it and I left feeling so much better. Will definitely be back and will highly recommend to others needing a new stylist. Thank you again! ❤️

I walked in to the salon my first thought was this is a really nice salon and Deb seemed really sweet when i sat down. after speaking with her i feel like she didn’t consult with me properly on what i wanted and left me feeling confused about that i wanted and kept trying to change my mind and convince me that what i wanted was unachievable and to let her do what she felt was right for my hair. she was very careless when applying foils and left me covered in bleach on my face and arm. after our previous conversation i felt very uncomfortable voicing my concerns about what was going on. she left me at the basin with half my hair wet and half dry with foils still in as she went to tend to another client. she was loudly speaking with another client regarding her personal issues while i was left in the basin waiting. the whole process felt rushed and it felt like i didn’t receive the service and care i should’ve received for the money i was paying. she wouldn’t listen to my questions or concerns regarding my hair, she just kept telling me she knew what she was doing, she did offer to fix it but at this point i did not feel comfortable her doing so as i didn’t want it get worse. what i paid for was foils, toner, tint, styling, treatment and a cut and i did not receive a cut or style. when i voiced these concerns she told me that it was still a cheap price for what i had received. on my drive home i was quite flustered from the whole experience and had noticed my expensive white pants were covered in hair dry that was still wet. when my boyfriend called up to speak to her about the pants he went back in to show the hairdresser the pants and she tried to tell him there was no proof it was her who damaged the pants. she then proceeded to call my partner a scammer in front of another client and was very judgmental about his appearance and age and tried to scare him by saying she would get the police involved. i had to come home and style my own hair as i didn’t receive this even though it was a service i had paid for. i can tell why this was such a cheap salon (however 185 is still a lot of money for the service or what i had requested)

Deb is amazing! I called this morning for an emergency haircut, as my old hairdresser closed down (I’d decided to cut my own hair a couple of days prior) and she managed to fit me in between the clients. When I came in, she was welcoming and very down to earth. She did a great job fixing my hair into a concave bob in under 20 mins. She wasn’t trying to sell me products or offer unnecessary extras and treatments. I got exactly what I came for and I am very happy with the result. I definitely will be back as a regular client. Thank you again Deb :)

I have been having my hair done by Deb for 10yrs, her service is amazing, prices unbelievable and she is always so accommodating. I’m a last minute booker (I should learn to be more organised) and she has always managed to fit me in even if that means a super early appt or a late night. I would recommend Pure Hair to everyone. And the new salon is incredible over looking the beautiful Raby Bay harbour it’s honestly 5 stars for EVERYTHING!!! Thank you Deb for once again making me have fabulous on such short notice xoxo

I've been coming here for over 12 years and I can't fault Debbie one bit! She's always welcoming and always makes sure I'm happy with my colour. She's goes above and beyond to make sure every appointment is above standards. I refuse to go to anyone else!Definitely worth a visit, you won't regret it, I haven't!!!!

I always go here and my many experiences in the past has been amazing even when I wait for you guys to finish other clients hair before you get back to mine cos my hair is thicker. unfortunately on the weekend I was 10 minutes late however I already washed my hair to save time but Liv couldn’t do the curls I needed. I understand you can be busy but it was a booking for my baby shower and I’m a regular client I thought I’d get a better service on the day I needed it the most. Since I couldn’t get what I needed I had to stop and find somewhere else which was so stressful especially when pregnant which ended up making me late for my own baby shower. I was very disappointed that 10 minutes could cause you to not look after your regular client. I booked a month in advance.

After years of extremely expensive disaster/disappointing highlight foils, Deb effortlessly did what I had wanted all along... simple blonde highlights, and at such an amazing price, and in less than half the time the other salons took. I am so happy, and relieved.
