Not a pleasant experience

After i sat waiting 15mins for a human to appear in the showroom, i had to go exploring to find one.... i wouldnt want to be a cashed up customer looking to buy a new vw of some kind, it would be old and out if date before you got service...If you are after vw spare parts, go next door into Tarra Ford, a very helpful and very knowledgeable man will do his best to help, very professional service, he deserves a pay rise....one totally satisfied lady...in the end.

Could not be happier with the professional courteous service show by ALL the team at Tarra VW. We have just traded our 2012 Touareg for a new Launch edition Touareg and we can not believe the amazing improvements.Again thanks again to ALL, could not recommend this organization more highly.

Booked to have a new key programmed and some error messages cleared. They charged $150 for a full hour's labour and declined to clear the errors, insisting that we book another service and make another trip and absorb another exorbitant labour charge for work we had arranged to have done today. As the only VW dealer in the region, we are of course at their mercy.

We bought a 'demo' or 'checked used' car off a big Sydney VW dealership with 29000 Klms on it with the brakes nearly worn out.We dragged our caravan behind it down the coast and we were told that we needed to get to a VW dealership urgently to get the pads replaced.We booked in to Tara Volkswagen on the Friday, we told them that we couldn't wait till Thursday to get booked in and they miraculously fitted us in on the Monday in the mechanics lunch hour!! They ordered the parts and when they inspected the pads they weren't as bad as we were informed but the disc rotors were nearly worn out) they said we had another 10000 kilometres to go! They could have fitted that pads and charged us $400 and not we would not have been the wiser but they decided to be honest and tell us which was so typical of a country town business!! We are so grateful to Tarra Volkswagen and their service and their honesty and their Integrity we would recommend them to anyone.The two young ladies in service and the download the end spare parts were so kind and obliging and friendly... you deserve a pay rise!!!
