Potts Point Professional Dry cleaners

I recently got my wedding gown & veil cleaned here and both they came out looking brand new! Really fast turn around time and very reasonable price, would highly recommend!!

Massive fan of this dry cleaner in Potts Point! I've been a regular for a while now and they make it so easy with such friendly service and good prices. I've sent countless of clothing for alterations and they are honest if they can't do something and will always advise beforehand of what may happen; very much appreciate the honesty upfront. I don't live particularly close to them but I'd always make the extra walk to them just for the added assurance! ☆☆☆☆☆

I love this place. Moved to Sydney recently and struggled to find a good place to do my dry cleaning. I don’t live particular close by but I will only do my dry cleaning here. They always give such lovely, friendly service, and the dry cleaning is not only impeccable but also fast and very reasonable. I’ve given them some difficult things to clean, such as oversized delicate silk throws, and they have always delivered.

Great service, very professional and efficient, will definitely use their services again!

Don’t use this business. I brought a suit for a wedding and the man told me it will be ready by a certain time and when I came to collect it he said he’ll need another 2 hrs. When I finally came to pick it up it was stained and wrinkled. Would not recommend

I have used these dry cleaners regularly and unfortunately, I've just had a shocking client experience. In short, I took a Camilla dress there to be cleaned and spoke to the owner prior to leaving it to ensure they were comfortable and had experience in cleaning these delicate items. I returned to pick up my dress and upon unpacking it noticed that they had, through the cleaning process, ruined the dress. I took it back to ask if they could fix it, to which I was told no and it wasn't their fault/problem. Not only has one of my fave dresses been ruined, they wouldn't even compensate by refunding the dry cleaning cost and essentially told me it was my problem. I certainly won't be back using this place and would advise caution to anyone else who dares.
