I was just in the store and the customer service was honestly a joke. The retail assistant currently in the store didn’t bother to address us, we were the only customers in the store, nor was she any help throughout our entire experience. It was clear that the store was out of a lot of stock, however, she didn’t bother to offer any alternatives to what we were looking for.

The ladies at Tony Bianco Parramatta went above and beyond for a pair of heels I desperately wanted. The service was amazing, making sure that they had my size available and getting them in for me before they were needed. Today I was out shopping for self-care/mental health day and the experience I had at this store almost made me regret starting my shopping there. All I can say is, if you're trying to have a good day, avoid going into this store. When I walked in, the sales assistant was standing at the back of the shop, staring outside with her hands behind her. not only she didn't greet or say hi, even when I said how you going? Do you have size 6 in these shoes?" she gave me the look that why are you even asking. Without verbally responding

Below average customer service for a cool product - staff should be refreshed every few years to save biased service from Staff. I feel like popping a happy pill after being there!make that 5
