These people are beyond disgusting. I have a disability and cannot access this post office due to the chemicals they burn at the counter, some awful oil burner. I have asked them on many occasions if they would refrain from using that thing as it is a barrier for people like myself. Today was extreme, and their response was: YOU HAVE PROBLEM

Totally useless will only help if you have a tracking number. I was after details of delivery days. Web site just says 4 days for a letter. Doesn't tell you what days. Sooner fully privatised the better

Staff appear unhappy. Parcels for collection are commonly stored in the main area so customers can see addresses of recipients. More than once when I've gone to collect a parcel they've claimed there's no parcel there, then when I've asked them to look again they can find it. Save the hassle and travel to the Chelsea Post Office in the Strand.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Every single time i have been unlucky enough that a parcel has gone here, they have made me feel like a nuisance. Avoid at all costs. Rude and unpleasant service.

Worst service ever!The lady was so rude and accused us of lying.Went in to this post office after contacting Aus post head office looking for our parcel as we didn't received any notice to say it was at the post office and it had been weeks. head office told us it had been at this office for 4 WEEKS with no notice!So we went in to collect and that's when the older lady accused us of lying. She started snapping saying how did you know it was here if you didn't get a note or tracking number" I then explained I had called the head office "no they would not tell you that

If anyone was ever in need of a customer service course it's the lady that works here.No greeting. No smile. No thank you. Nothing.She should really be happier to ensure people come back. i won't be going back any time soon.I'd rather take the time to walk to Chelsea.

I agree with everyone else. The older lady seems to be unhappy at her job and is very rude. She throws parcels around instead of placing them carefully in the hessian bag. At the time I reported her to Aust post. It’s not the right thing to do, and not acceptable.She shouldn’t be there.

Rude staff. The man didn't even bother to acknowledge me, no hello, no how are you, nothing. Rude demeanor and only spoke the bare minimum needed to process my parcel. Don't work in customer service if you can't be bothered doing the bare minimum.
