Great Service, very friendly staff always a pleasure to do business there.

Had an electrical issue with our new 2022 Outback. Told my wife to ring Hall's in Mildura and they provided the solution over the phone. Now that's service. Thanks Halls. Rob & Kate

One star is too generous !Needed broken spring replaced to enable onward travel to Melbourne was told it would take aprox 3 months for emergency/urgent work and they had a service wait time till Jan 2023. Not only that, they did not keep stock of repair item and appeared uninterested in sourcing one.They kindly forwarded me contact number of mobile service man - it was the wrong number.Reading other reviews it is obious Halls are only too happy to sell you a van, but are of little to no use when repairs are required.Staff shortages are their excuse for extreme service/repair wait times.Their inability to carry out urgent required work within an acceptable time frame display utter disregard for owners of the product they sell.

Very quick to sell you a van. Service is there problem sorry what service. Six months wait. Maybe stay away. Try to buy local. They have got to big monopoly

Put my van without an appointment Jayco no hesitation fixed all issues that put fwd with no fuss the team and in particular the girl in charge excellent service would recommend to any purchaser

I'm a long time Jayco user and just purchased an all terrain poptop. The van developed a leak through the ariel. Jayco geelong squeezed us in and sealed what was throught to be the leak. The leak continued into the van when near Mildura. Jayco Mildura not only fitted us in very short notice but properly traced the leak then sealed it. Thanks to the staff in the service area, the repair and additional advice on warranty. We have since had heavy rain and we are dry. Thanks Jayco Mildura. GREAT JOB. GREAT SERVICE.

This morning we called in with a broken shower hatch, we couldn’t really travel far without it dislodgingThe girls in the service department were amazing and Tom the serviceman had it fixed in a very short while , fabulous service thank you

We have done over 10,000 kms since purchasing our Jayco Swan Outback 7 months ago and we love everything about it. We were referred by family to Hall's of Mildura, drove 3,500 kms to pick it up & would do it again.

My wife and I ordered a jjob from halls in Mildura it was not our first jayco. We rang two dealers asking lead time and they were 5 months sooner than the other dealer so we placed the order we travelled 4 hours each way to pick it up and we are so happy we did, the service was second to none we feel like we are now part of the family everyone there that we dealt with gave exceptional service with special mentions to Newton and Andrew thank you guys so much we will see you at the first service
