The first time I contacted AWX, they sent me a job offer the following week. At that time I had another job offer and I ended up deciding for that one instead.The second time I contacted them at the end of 2021 they sent me a job offer after two days. It couldn't have not asked for more. I always felt supported by the company and they always kept in contact with me to see if I was happy with the job, etc.They even offered me extra days of work during christmas holidays , since the company I worked for was closing for a few weeks.They are very professional and I would definitely choose them again.

I called up for work on Wednesday and was working the next day. It was clear after my first shift that this was an exceptional working environment and company to work for. I immediately gave notice at my other job as I could see the work conditions and companies were polar opposites.Everyone working for AWX are happy and friendly. Your job description and goals are clear. That is to say, that the goal posts aren't continually shifted like my other job. No expense is spared for WH&S. The facilities supplied for the workers are clean, maintained and pleasant.It's also important for me that I can trust AWX to pay me properly and that their operations are transparent. I'm sticking with this great company.

I searched through a lot of recruitment agencies and was apprehensive due to the previous reviews on AWX but honestly have only awesome things to say. They actually care and are available constantly, couldn’t fault this team!

My experience at AWX was great. The staff were very easy to communicate with openly, regarding work and made the process very easy. Overall they were very responsive and helpful. I have moved on to another job however I would recommend anyone looking for a new opportunity to get in touch with them.

Worked here for a few months at gourmet gardens. Awesome factory, warren and Krystal were awesome supervisors. Zac was a great manager of awx, very understanding and nice people

These guys are great at what they do. Friendly, super reliable, always available and genuinely care about you. If you have any issues they support you and help you however they can. Zac, Teana, Rachel, Molly and the entire staff are wonderful. They work hard day In and day out to provide you with solid factory work with good rates of pay. They promptly reply and always give you a heads up about incoming shifts. I commend the work these guys do and highly highly recommend.
