Cohere delivered branding, web design, social and lead gen for my business. I had no idea about many of these terms when I first met Lauren and Jess. When you are starting a business it can be quite overwhelming, Jess and Lauren walked me through this whole process effortlessly. They both have an eye for detail and are perfectionists in everything they do.From our first discovery meeting I felt they knew exactly what I wanted! You know when you are 5 minutes into a conversation and you're just nodding your head thinking yes, yes and yes! I knew straight off that Jess and Lauren could take my vision and make it into reality. For my business my website was very important being virtual based. This is my shopfront that I needed to look professional, showcase my services and yet be functionable. It turned out even better than I ever imagined it to be, and yes there were happy tears when I first got to see the page. They met the dates we agreed upon well before schedule, always updating me and making sure I was happy with how it was coming along .We are so lucky to have such amazing ladies in our little town, I highly recommend them!

Knowing how important it is to have a good website in business these days didn’t stop this builder and hairdresser husband and wife team from sticking our heads in the sand when confronted with a site that wasn’t quite right. When it crashed altogether I bit the bullet and called Cohere Creative to get their insight. Jess answered the phone and within our five minute chat I felt confidence that we might be heading in the right direction. By the next day Jess had sent a proposal which included a video walking me through our current site issues and how it would be best rectified.Communication was excellent during the process and the website was completely overhauled well within the time frame Jess promised (saving our online invisible butts). Previously I have nothing but overwhelming doubt about managing a site for our business, now I am excited at the prospect of adding new blogs etc and know that I have support if I get stuck. Thanks again for all of your help with our major website upgrade for Boston Bay Wines that went live back in February. It has completely reinvigorated our online wine sales which has been a great motivator and helped us to maintain a positive outlook through the down turn of COVID-19. We have now sold $5500 worth of wine on the platform and are now receiving repeat orders with customers confidently navigating though to point of sale. When setting out to find a company to rebrand our catering business and create a website, turned out to be easier than I thought.
