Capral Aluminium Rockdale

I've just visited their Rockdale store to try and buy some short lengths of round bar. The precise diameter doesn't matter because it's for machining. I ask for stuff 100mm dia max and get told that they only have 101mm up to 150mm. Their wall display has a whole range of sizes under 100mm... So I point out that they don't sell any of that before the person at the counter turns to another page in their catalog and goes silent.So what have you got? I ask and get no response. In they end I had to leave as I could tell that she just didn't want me buying anything.

Call ahead. Had what I needed, but I had to wait for their delivery to be unpacked. Pleasant enough service.

This is the third time I’ve gone in both times before the people weren’t interested in helping at all just said we don’t have it and walked back into the workshop. This time lady says no cash. Oh well their right to say it guess they must be making a fortune to not want about $400 in sales on the spot. Guess I’ll head over to Ullrich aluminium where they go out of there way to help you get what you need and also accept legal tender in their country. So for this time and the last two of no service goodbye Capral now I can see why other aluminium suppliers have taken over and you have had stores closed over the last few years!
