The medical practitioners and administration staff are very courteous and provide professional, person-centred care. While waiting to be seen, I noticed that the receptionist was getting many phone calls about Covid. The receptionist was helpful, kind, patient, and informative to each and every caller. I received a booster vaccine, and it was virtually pain free, due to the skilled expertise of the practitioner. Highly recommend this Medical Centre.

This is an excellent medical centre that I stumbled on to get my COVID-19 vaccination. Service is of a very high standard. Rooms are spotless, reception is welcoming and friendly.I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I have had many facials done, but nowhere as incredible as the one I got with Dorsa. She went above and beyond to make the whole experience luxurious and relaxing, not to mention leaving me with gorgeous glowing skin. The best thing I have done for myself was seeing her, genuinely cannot wait for my next appointment!

Booked an appt with Dr Shabani over hotdoc when I needed to speak to a GP ASAP, and he was available on the day, today. Waited 2 hours after my appt time, then called the reception, only to get a voicemail saying the office was closed due to it being after their hours, when it was not. No one called, no notice on their website, didn't get my appt, and I wasted time relying on this centre when I could have been looking for one that actually provides the services it commits to.

Dorsa has always been so amazing every visit. She has been very comforting and friendly since my first session. I have done facial treatment as well as laser Genesis which had significant results.Also I have been having a really good result for my laser hair removal since I started seeing her. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
