I wish i could give zero stars. The most disappointing fish and chips I've ever had and the most disappointing customer service ever experienced. The chips and potato cakes were very average. Quite soggy. The fish was something else, completely limp and soggy. I understand things can go wrong, so i called the store to let them know. The person i spoke to said that they have never had a complaint before and said i can't do much

Best Grilled seafood in Ringwood North! Grilled Scallops and Calamari is my usual order and they always comes fresh! The owners so friendly lots of love for u guys❤️

New owners and quality gone. This was my favourite place but now it’s gone. A couple of times now the food was over cooked. Today is last straw. I realise they are new but they had lots of training from the previous owner. They were ok while old owner was there.Their reaction was to say we will keep an eye on it.

I have several time chips, it’s raw taste not cooked well and have a lot of small peace of what left of the chips bags, if tried it many time to order to see if they been changed!! But it still as is . Hope you fix it soon for best quality.

Ordered over the phone and collected from store. Fish was fresh and batter was crispy for flakes and the potato cakes. Good value for money & store was visibly clean, will definitely return.

Ordered through Uber. Delivery was great but missing chips from fish pack. Called shop and was told they are too busy to fix.Own your mistakes!!!

I've been going to this shop for about 3yrs now. In all honesty I haven't been for a couple of months. Seems like there maybe new owner operators. Hamburger with the lot was missing cheese was dry topped with watered down sauce.Also bought a flake which was placed in a tray box without any baking paper.Suggest that you reduce cost cutting measures as in time you may not have many customers.
