Went into Cobram store over the weekend and male worker was screaming and yelling at the poor lady also working there and almost had her in tears. Not the kind of atmosphere I want to shop in

Girl's today were atleast much nicer than the lady the other day but the store is seriously dirty and dog water bowl hasn't been filled for day's and there is strange odour near dry dog food, I certainly hope these issue's are rectified ,the store has always been spotless but certainly gone down hill.

Excellent service. Amazing customer support. Really nice people here who know everything about so many different types of pet. I have always received exemplary service, kindness and great prices here. For example, my pet food, cat litter, toys and accessories are SO MUCH cheaper than the local supermarkets! Most importantly, kind and knowledgeable people here who will actually help you.Very highly recommended.

Have had many dealings with pets domain Cobram and Greg. I find him absolutely delightful, funny, a pleasure to be around. He's helpful and contrary to other comments at times people in that industry get asked the most stupid questions. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't buy all my dog food there. The staff couldn't crack a smile if they tried and are rude. Knowledge is zero. That doesn't cut it in a small town who support local business strongly . We like friendly happy people.greg is the guru.
