When you initially deal with this business for VIV, the owner Alex would sound harsh and hard to deal with.But he is actually logical and gives you an action plan on what it needs to be done.If you get everything done as per standards then you’re good to go!Prior to use this VIV center I used another center, and that one lacked ethics and common sense.

Had a VIV done on my motorcycle here, Alex was friendly and helpful. He takes his time to explain what you need to do to pass VIV.Follow the rules and you won’t have a problem!

Disgusting business and they will scam you… my regular mechanic was booked out but I only needed plugs changed so figured how bad could it be then was charged $250. Plugs cost $18 so that is a $232 installation fee for a 30 minute job. Thieves work here.

This place is a circus. Alex has no idea when it comes to VIV inspections and is notorious for failing inspections to be able to charge for repeat visits. Vicroads should take this mans license off him. Stay away from this man!

Alex has great customer support from beginning to end of the service. I have my car here for VIV Inspection for the first time ever and I was successful. Alex gone through with me what need to be done and as long as you do the right thing (car repair+paper work) you will have no problem to pass VIV at this friendly place. Alex should be hired by a circus for being acomplete clown. Has no idea regarding vivinspections. Car is manufacture spec and stillsomehow found a way to fail the vivinspection demanding a second return foranother $430. Vicroads should absolutelytake this mans license off him for dishonesty,and fabrication. Go somewhere else!

Professional, And price fairly and takes time to explain the procedure checks your car thoroughly and make sure it is safe to be back on road. Just keep paper work up to date, and repaired professionally you won't have any issues passing the VIV for your vehicle

this place is worse micanical place i see in my live...first day i come to conirm my coming on day on appointment . i come to the shop the door of the reciption was closed and no one inside>> i used main door to go inside because the door of the ceciption was closed the owner of the busnes(about 68 yrars old) told me to leave the garage in very bad way and he was very rod...after inspect my car for viv and they take about $600 from me. the way the owner talked with my was very rod too.. and he talke to my fried on phone same way by vey rod way : you understand me or not and closed the line>>> and there are too many mistakes in dealing the customer .... i not recomend this michanic shop car viv and other service..hass

This Viv centre is very dangerous. On the booking policy for Viv inspections it’s says $150 for deposit and the remaining to pay when fixing the car is $404.10, I was been charged $450.00 for the remaining and than I was having another re inspection of the same car but instead of the actual charge of $107.50 as in the policy the guy charged me $180.00 which doesn’t make sense. I paid a total of more than $780.00 just for looking at the car and nothing else.This is the only reason I’m here is that it’s a bit expensive to do at this place.
