UPDATE - I was able to connect with the warehouse staff and they were able to locate the hat I had bought and sent me a replacement within a matter of days! Their help and promptness was flawless! Thank you!!---Is there a way to purchase the kids beach hats? We bought one from here (I think) a couple of weeks ago but then my daughter lost it and it has been the only hat I have found to fit her perfectly in terms of adjustment and coverage.. It was kind of like a flora, frill bucket beach hat. Strings for keep the hat on and adjustable head strings.

I’ve used the pharmacy services three times in the past week and, from start to finish, they were superb, efficient and flawless. Alex, the head pharmacist, was friendly, polite, respectful and actually interested in my health while being respectful of privacy. He went far out of his way to help me in every way and was hugely knowledgeable about medications. I recommend this pharmacy very strongly, and especially take my hat off to Alex. Thank you, Alex!

I would highly recommend this friendly and accommodating pharmacy in the heart of Noosa. My family and I travelled over from Perth to spend Xmas in Noosa and didn't have a xmas tree for our children and their cousins. The lovely pharmacist was so kind and lent us one of theirs for the day. We returned it safely on Boxing Day. What a lovely community spirit! Always will be grateful for your warmth and kindness.

Do I need to tap dance on the counter to get served? Waited as an assistant served 6 people before me even though I was clearly in the line up. As a customer, I always check that others are served in order. I thought it was evident given I was there first.

Don’t visit this pharmacy unless you are prepared to read the ‘fine print’ (and I say that because it’s barely visible) about entering this shop without a mask (despite the cashier acknowledging that no one even reads the signs anywhere when I told her to make the print bigger and bolder so we could read it). I have a valid exemption but the way in which I was treated in there was terrible customer service. The first girl that asked me to put a mask on wouldn’t even help me when I asked her for help and the second one told me to get outside! In a time when we could all be more kind to each other perhaps practice some good customer service and then I’ll be kind back!
