I’m here at 12.40 for scans and the website says open. Nobody is at reception and there is a sign saying they will be back at 1pm! Unprofessional waste of my time!!! Be transparent! If you take a lunch break factor it into the website!!

This centre is horrible. impatient center manager, bad attitude and they don't want to even try to make up for what mistake they made to the patient.I did a scan last month and the result came back invalid because of machine calibration error. I had to repeat the test again according to the doctor's report but it ended up with that I have to pay for the repeat test myself, because this centre already got money from Medicare. I used my only chance of bulkbill for a year for this kind of test but the report is invalid because of their machine or human mistake whatever.What can i say- Cheating from Medicare??
