I am proud to say I have known the founder of Urban Clean and several members of the Brisbane based team for several years now and I have watched the company grow collectively from strength to strength. This company is an absolute scam! I paid $370 upfront, like a fool, for a full bond clean. All done via their chat box on the website. The ladies arrived and they informed us they do not do windows, walls, skirting ++++ tried to get a refund and was told no refund. The few things they did do all required to be redone including mopping. They didn’t even clean around the toilets, or wipe down the outside of the toilet for dust. I had to pay an additional $150 to get the walls done + the $350+ for the real estate to get their own cleaners in to go over what was missed. I contacted them via email was told they won’t come back because the job was over 72hrs ago. I called and was informed by a smug arrogant lady that it wasn’t their problem. I asked for transcripts of our online conversations, twice, and via emails, and I have been ignored.

It has been an amazing decision I have ever made to join with Urban clean. Since the first day, till now, they have been very supportive to expand my business and as a result of that I said goodbye to the Operation manager role I had been in for previous 5 years before joining Urbanclean.

Our company has been using Urban Clean since 2014. It is now 2020. They are an excellent group with high quality cleaners. We had the same cleaner until this year when he chose to move on, and has now been replaced by Tony Chen- franchisee owner- who is equally trustworthy and has equal attention to detail. We highly recommend this service. We have experienced other cleaning companies prior to Urban Clean, and unless something catastrophic happens- will continue to use and trust them.

Awful service! Failed to clean cupboards and shower for an end of lease and then refused to rectify when the landlord came back with legitimate issues. Having to pay another cleaner!

We have Urban Clean come once a week here at AUSREO Deception Bay & we could not be happier with their service & expertise.They come after after hours which makes walking in on a Monday morning a treat to start the week fresh & clean.Great set up with a communication book for any special requests & easy to approach management. We are very happy!
