The place is a joke. Just about any load u will take there they will do their best to rip you off left right and centre. Went there two years ago to empty a small trailer of rubbish. Anyway they wouldn’t accept my tip coupon and asked for $55 upfront. Put in a complaint to the council and a seperate female worker scanned my tip voucher and gave me a refund
