Just had installed fibre to house. In port kennedy Sensational speed and all the way through the process messages sent and team arrived on site on time and placed exactly where I wanted it and cleaned up after themselves. Very impressed.

I'm a long term customer for both business and home NBN / Phone services. Aussie Broadband are now trying to rip off our business for thousands of dollars, 5 months after we cancelled their service. Telecoms Ombudsman now involved. Avoid this provider at all costs.

Setting up has been a nightmare. Requested my order to be commenced at a certain point of time however nothing happened. I had to call and transferred multiple time which I was was told my order was not yet processed . the technician thereafter said my order will be processed and will have service in 24 hours … 8 days later still nothing. Call waiting for minimum 20 Mins every time you call through.

Wow... the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. These guys got my internet up and running less than 2 hours after I signed up with them. All I had to do was one phone call and one sms. Also, they have the added bonus of not putting you on hold for lengthy time before you talk to someone.Solid effort team

Very disappointing customer service. We have been customers for a very long time.Charging me for a full month of upgraded service when the upgrade came in part way through the month!Your customer service team are not helpful at all, they were happy to cancel my service on the spot once I disputed the charge, and advised I would seek another service provider. Plenty of other providers out there that would like my business. It’s obvious you are happy to lose customers!

I’ve had a great experience with Aussie Broadband. Hesitated to change from a well known competitor despite frequent drop outs. Changed and haven’t experience a drop out in months. Could not complain. Very glad I made the change.

After moving into our new property we were wanting internet set up and we did this through Aussie. We were told this would take 2-3 weeks. It’s now been 2 months that we have been waiting and nothing has happened. Every time we call there is apparently a ‘technical issue.’ Absolutely horrible. We keep getting told “you’ll receive a message in 1-2 business days” and nothing ever happens. Extremely poor experience so far.

Was with them for 2 months and switched back to my previous provider. Not the best service. Internal issues b paying account which has taken longer than 2 weeks to resolve and still is an issue. They make payment arrangements yet the account is falling behind and they cannot give you an answer. You can't b pay a 8 digit account but apparently you can b pay a 10 digit account reference. Create 2 extra numbers on my reference and let's move forward. No to complicated. Poor service the right hand definitely does not know what the left is doing. I don't do debit orders on my account and don't wanna use my credit card details every month. No flexibility. The bank is sorting out our issues. Change your bank they are taking way too long.
