We ordered a custom couch in January, we were initially told to expect delivery around June which I felt was a little long but was told there were issues due to covid. We've had the delivery pushed back a few times and today was told we would be looking at delivery in September, 9 months after the initial order, we contacted the store and was advised of issues due to covid and there was nothing they could do, they couldn't offer any sort of discount or even cancel the order without losing the substantial deposit and was told there's no guarantee the date wouldn't be pushed back further. I understand covid may slow things down but we're 2 and a half years into the pandemic now and for me 9 months and possibly longer is just not good enough.Edit to be fair to plush after the phone call and me leaving the review they contacted us and offered either a full refund on the deposit or $200 off the purchase so I was a little hasty in my review and have reverted from 1 start up to 3, thanks plush.

We had been looking for our perfect lounge all day. Being our first time at Plush we were thrilled with the variety of Options and high quality of products. Dennis at the Marion showroom spent all the time we needed going through all of our options. He really made the process so easy and stress free.

Leah and I visited the Plush Marion showroom, found the store layout easy to navigate and great selection.Samantha approached us in a nice casual manner, didn't feel any pressure from her at all through the process. She even left us to wander and chat, which was really nice.Nothing was too much trouble, extremely informative, was happy to price up multiple options on a number of different models.Would highly recommend Samantha and her team at Plush Marion.

Went into store to have a look at sofa’s for our lounge, when we entered we advised on greeting that we were only looking and that was okay no pressure was put on us. On looking around found a sofa bed we weren't looking at the time for as we had given up trying it. We asked Leah, from the Marion showroom for assistance and nothing was too much. She showed us our colour and fabric options and also advised of the offer that was currently on and coming to an end. We discussed it with her and her colleague and took the information away with us. My husband and i were so grateful and felt comfortable that no pressure was applied to us in that we went back then next day after making a final decision and we placed an order with Leah. She gave us a really great service and was so helpful, Many thanks we never thought that we would find it.

This review is rating Plush as a 1/5, not the Marion store, however I cannot seem to leave a general review for Plush on Google.We purchased a sofa from Plush Marion and were very impressed with the service provided by Leah and Catherine. They were strong advocates for the quality and after purchase case. On day 1 when the settee arrived it was faulty as none of the cushions were the same firmness - when I would lay down, I was on a downward angle as the settee was not level.It took a month to get a technician out who tried to tell me it was normal for the cushions to collapse so quickly (despite it being like that from the beginning). He only fixed one cushion, verbally stated there was a major issue with another & said they were not the same firmness, but refused to fix it. Then 3.5 weeks after the technician arrived I receive a call from their Customer Care saying the issue was fixed based on the technician's report. When I said the issue was not resolved, they offered to send out another technician to review it after I complained, but refused to ask the technician to replace all of the 3 cushions and to ask them to make a decision on the day - that was the instruction the last technician received & he did not fix the issues so I do not have confidence the issue will be resolved. The cushions have collapsed even further in the last month as there are wrinkles on them now demonstrating they have limited structural integrity. All we want is for all of the cushions to be the same firmness, that is not unreasonable.I called the Marion store twice throughout the last month (where I purchased it from) to complain to Samantha and Catherine. They were lovely, very supportive and said they would ask their State Manager to call me, however he did not despite being asked to do so twice over a period of a month. I was left to speak to the Customer Care line who are not responsive and have limited decision making powers. We now have to wait weeks for the technician to come around again. Vic at Customer Care (SA Escalation Manager) said he would ask the technician to ensure all cushions are the same firmness, but refused to ask the technician specifically to replace all three cushions.I know of 3 other people who have also had issues with Plush settee's recently. Their apparent quality and great customer service is non-existent now. Do not buy from Plush!

We bought a floor stock item 4 weeks ago.Staff were lovely, but refused to let us just take it on the spot as it was company policy that it had to be delivered.We live 15 minutes down the road. We're still waiting on the chair, and apparently an order has been placed for the chair, despite it only needing to be delivered.Seriously, it could easily be lifted by one person and put in an SUV.Still waiting on the delivery, store was unable to provide a date when I spoke to them today.Again, store staff are fantastic, but it's been a month to deliver something 15 minutes down the road. The argument that it's an ohs risk doesn't seem to line up with other stores, who are happy for you to load your own purchases.We wouldn't buy from here again and recommend others don't unless you're happy to wait months for furniture. God knows how long it would take for non-floor stock. There's just too many other good retailers in Marion to have to deal with this rubbish.There's just no telling when you will actually get what you've bought.

After being in isolation for 3 months due to Covid 19, we saw an advertisement on TV that Plush was having a sale. We needed a new lounge suite, so the time was right!!We were greeted at the door by the smiling and friendly Leah. After determining our requirements Leah advised that the Dover suite was probably the one for us, but suggested that we try some others as we made our way to the Dover, which was located at the back of the show room.We did the Goldilocks test on number of sofas, they had good selection of products at the Marion store and all were reasonably spaced apart, due to Covid restrictions. Some were too hard, some were too soft, but the Dover was just rightLeah talked us through all the features of the product, the quality of the leathers and the choices we could make, she certainly new her stuff and we found her to be extremely helpfulThank you for your help Leah you were amazing.We look forward to taking delivery of our new lounge suiteJen
