Strongly recommend the salt and pepper tofu & fried ice cream. The pork belly was too rich and sickening for my liking but had good flavours. The service was very welcoming and it was very quick but the atmosphere is quite loud.

Great food, meh service. Your usual Chinese restaurant experience I guess. Would recommend.The wagyu beef teriyaki is a must try, cucumber and pear salad was very refreshing. The truffle fried rice was very well balanced, not too salty or truffle, I heard the Mulan fried rice and crab meat one is better though. Calamari was quite bland, probs cause it wasn't an Asian dish.

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the dinner here, every dish we had was an absolute delight and we left feeling completely satisfied and content.Xiao long bao and dumplings were the perfect appetizers, with their delicious fillings and tender wrappers. The crab meat fried rice was an amazing blend of flavors and textures, with the sweet crab meat and fish roe perfectly complementing the fragrant rice.The peking duck was super crispy and succulent, while the salt and pepper squid was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Next, the Shang Dong crispy chicken was absolutely amazing, with tender and juicy meat and a perfectly crispy exterior.For desserts, the mango crepe and pomelo sago were a delightful finish to the meal with refreshing fruity flavors and a satisfyingly sweet finish. Last but not least, the custard brulee was an absolute highlight, with its creamy and sweet custard topped with a perfectly caramelized layer of crackly sugar.Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience and we can't wait to go back!

Above standard Chinese restaurant. Spinach tofu with pumpkin taste amazing. Mulan fried rice was delicious but a bit spicy with the XO sauce. Braised beef was a bit chewy but taste is good. Interior design was aesthetic, tables were spaced out but it was a bit noisy when all the tables were mostly filled. Overall great experience.

Service is okay but the food is awful and price is a bit higher, not good for value. Not recommended!!!Lamb rib is suuuuuuper oily!!! Signature fried rice is very average, not hot and fresh!!! Mocktails are worse than what I made at home.The restaurant is also very noisy (no background music, but tables are placed too close) and we could hardly the people sitting opposite to us. There’s NO hand wash in the toilet. Could you believe it?There’re plenty of Chinese restaurants in Chatswood can do a better job. Don’t waste your money and time here.

A warm and classy restaurant with the ambience of fine dining.You are immediately greeted by old traditional Chinese doors as you walk in.The restaurants layout is modern with is a touch of traditional.The food was impressive. The Peking duck was a bit dry for my liking and would recommend you get the seafood instead. The Mamas fried rice was good and when paired with the lemon grass barramundi, very delicious. Lastly recommend drinking some of the soup from the barramundi as it tastes like tom yum soup which was quite refreshing.

Simple chinese food made special. Very very tasty, and the higher prices are justified by the large servings. Cozy ambient with modern decor, makes you feel relaxed and very comfortable. Fast and efficient service.

Tucked away in the corner of level one, the concourse Chatswood, Mamu Mulan is a good find, serving fine Chinese cuisine with good service and an atmosphere to match. Upon placing our order, it didn't take long for our first dish to arrive. The food was superb, and of a quality distinctly above your average Chinese restaurant. The waiters were attentive, and regularly filled our glasses with tap water. Highly recommended if you enjoy fine Chinese cuisine. Just be aware quality comes at a price: our table of 4 paid $51 a head for a total of 6 dishes

I’ve been here several times. Their crab fried rice is divine. Dimsum dishes are just ok. Lotus leaf wrapped sticky rice is not as tasty as in other dimsum restaurants.
