When I first walked in here, I was expecting an old fashioned hair dresser especially when I first moved to Byford. I'm glad to say I was so wrong. The salon is great, prices are reasonable, and the staff are fantastic! I love this place, and the fact that it's so close to me!

My daughter had a wonderful experience with the ladies from Cape and Scissors. After visiting a different salon and having a bad experience we went to Cape and Scissors who were very kind and did a great job in repairing and improving her hair.

Pretty underwhelming.....Staff not overly friendly nor did they seem to be passionate about servicing the needs of their clients. Felt like I was taking up my hairdresser’s time, to be there. On exit, she didn’t even make eye contact at the register, when I was paying or leaving.Will seek a hairdressing Salon, who actually care and want to make you feel better, cared for and that they have your best interest at heart.

very bad experience , the color i want didn't come and when i told them after fews days, they told its your shampoo problems bt from the first day its orange on top hairs and light brown on bottom. So disappointed with the results and spend alot of money $300and they reply my revieq thru email and said am happy at time but am not and i didn't allow anyone to take photos on my phones as well...
