In Good Nic
So blessed to have found this yoga class in Coolum. Nicolene is wonderfully warm and caring. The space she has created is filled with light & gorgeous breezes with beautiful views and the sounds of nature. As a complete beginner I was tentative about attending the class but have found Nicolene to be a great teacher, providing options for all levels. Her focus covers the body, mind and soul and I feel absolutely amazing after every class.
