I just went into store to purchase shampoo& conditioner & the 2 girls who were working were busily talking about someone to a customer. Never once came to see if I needed any assistance. Walked out without a single thing. They need to brush up on customer service.

After years of struggling with my daughters very curly hair I decided to go and have a chat to one of the girls about products needed without my daughter even being there. Never have I seen my daughters hair look so healthy, the shine and her tight curls bounce and have life! It no longer looks like an unruly, dead and frizzy lions mane!Very happy with the products that were recommended and service provided.

I went into store today to buy some new shampoo and conditioner as my hair has been so foul and dry lately. This lovely lady helped me find products and introduced me to a new fav today! Great knowledge and so friendly!

Went in for a wash, blowdry and hair straightened. Young girl didn’t wash my hair properly and didn’t use conditioner, continued over to dry my hair took over 1 hour didn’t use detangler/conditioner until another staff member mentioned it. Then she started to straighten my hair not using any heat protection spray not to mention that my hair was still damp. Let me walk out of there $50 later with hair looking oily and damp. Not a good experience

I have horrible hair and not many products work for me. Today Nicole took the time to listen to my hair concerns and help me find some products that are tailored to my thick, corse, curly hair. Thank you so so much Nicole you are an incredible human! Will definitely be back!!

I am very disappointed for the first time I came here. That hair dresser name Maria ruin my long beautiful hair. That never happen into my hair ever. I don’t know what she did or put on my hair but it was absolutely horrible that she can’t even manage to brush my hair cause it was absolutely soo bad tangled, damage and she can hardly brush it. She was panicking and ask the other lady to help her to brush my hair she applied 5 product to make it soften but didn’t work at all. I was watching her. And what she did is brushing and blow dry my hair at the same time which is I don’t like as it damage my hair a lot. I could see the brush heaps of my hair come out. Now I’m not very happy the result supposed to be soften and smooth but end up with dry and damage. Now my hair on the inch is too thin not same as before. She’s not even asking what the condition of my hair what shampoo I did use etc. I am so disappointed and not happy the result at all.

If i could give 0 star i would. I left this store with yellow roots and blue over tones from a toner and to top it off a bleeding scalp! I asked for my roots to be done yes quite alot longer then 4 to 6 weeks it was 9 weeks of growth i sat in the chair and asked for my roots to match my ends and was quoted $275 for me to have what needed to be done to get there. When they were drying my hair for the first time i told them i wasnt happy with the colour as it was close to green so she stripped it with colour remover and tried again and after that i still wasnt happy with what i recieved. I dont blame stylest but i think she needs more training as i have spoken with 2 hairdressers and they have seen my hair and said thats just not right and glad i didnt pay for the work that was done. The manager was more worried about the mental well-being of her staff and yes i was upset as i have to go to work with yellow and blue hair and being told its fine!!! well how about train your staff and oversee your staff more and help them not give them wrong advice the manager needs lessons in how to be a hairdresser and to help her staff!
