Top notch. Materials are of a high quality and I always have confidence working with new media after talking through a project. The staff are highly knowledgeable and generous with their time and talent. In particular, Jules is an absolute asset to the shop. He goes above and beyond for all customers (even when the shop is full) talking personally to each person and offering valuable advice. It’s rare to find such genuine consistent service nowadays and I really appreciate this gem.

Jacksons Drawing Supplies has an incredible range of art and drawing supplies. Have been going there for many years for art and craft related things. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely the go to place for all your art supplies.

The staff are what make this place! 100%!I only come in to say hello when I’m on Rokeby Rd & always end up leaving with more supplies! ( Not the worst thing :D )You always feel so looked after and I feel extremely safe at how meticulous and quick the staff are to spot anyone that comes in without a mask.This is a sip your hot French Earl Grey tea kind of store, not a drive thru cold fries vibe. Enjoy a gander and chat, suggest you come first thing in the morning on a weekday if you’re in a rush, I find these are the most quietest times. :)The window displays are also amazing! Shelley does a lovely job showcasing art within our community.I’m usually greeted with Ella and Kate too! Such a wonderful team of humans, thank you so much. :3See you folks soon! <3

Beware of hostile customer service! Staff member asked in an accusatory tone whether I had scanned in. (I'm really conscientious about doing this and had done so) When I showed her on my mobile, she then accused me of breaching social distancing!! (when I had maintained a safe distance) I usually shop elsewhere for art supplies where staff are very friendly and helpful, but genuinely needed a few items while running errands in Subiaco. Needless to say, no apologies or help offered. Buyer beware - covid paranoia and hostility here!

Dropped in to the Subiaco store to purchase a new fountain pen for myself and one for a birthday present.The ladies where very friendly and approachable. They had great knowledge of the products they carry and were able to advise me on the best product for me, and helped me choose a most suitable gift for a birthday present.The team was more than happy to order me additional supplies for the new pens.I would highly recommend the Subiaco store for their product range and customer service.Kind regards,Barry McNamee.

Good range for a tiny store, but near nothing in customer service, likely due to staff size. Luckily everything is well laid out so you can usually find what you need easily. Not the best prices in Perth and they don't seem to honour student discounts like the Northbridge store, but for accessible art and craft supplies they're still the best in the Western Suburbs.

If you are a begiiner or en experienced artist this store is a great place to buy art related products, a lot of variety and options to choose from. Monique was very helpful in helping me pick the right products. A must visit.
