3.15 PM no one in the restaurant and every table in need of a clean. One staff member began mopping the floor and looked bored stiff. Did half a job. No apology for having to wait 10 minutes for apple pies. Staff and management are obviously in need of a good shake up.

Absolute terrible chips tasted like cardboardMy burger didn’t have any sauce and the extra sauce I paid for (Cajun) was never put into my order, plus there were several hairs on the lid of my drink not very hard to run a maccas properly.

Heading out of Casino after a busy day,, we both hadn't eaten all day so saw MCDONALD' S,, approaching, and we went through the drive through, the staff were the nicest , friendliest, McDonald's team , couldn't have done enough for us, the establishment was pristine clean, and the burgers tasted fresh, fries hot crunchy.Thanks to all the McDonald's team at Casino, Best McDonald's ever .

5 Stars because the Restaurant is clean and the Staff were very helpful and friendly. The app failed badly but Fiona got it sorted for me. Highly recommend the people but not the technology.

Drive through is normally quite fast, although you do often have to wait for food or drinks in the waiting bay. Drive through staff are always friendly and happy. The coffee is never hot enough. Even if you specifically ask for extra hot.

I went through drive thru and ordered a cheese toastie for my toddler. Paid at the first windows, collected at the second windows and drove away only to find it not toasted. So I went back through and handed it back to them only to be told they don't toast through drive thru. Well dont advertise toasted stuff in the drive thru. This is a management issue. NOT the poor kids working the drive thru. MANAGEMENT needs to address this issue
