Walked in, never been to this store before. Needed some dog kibble that cleans teeth. Was offered various alternatives based on price and popularity. Great customer service. Will certainly be back again.

Although it can be a bit painful leaving the shop due to the road the staff and service is always amazing my dashie always willingly gets out of the car and struts her stuff inside to get her nails done and all the pats and face licks she can manage.

Initially was overcharged for puppy grooming and also not happy with the end result. Contacted customer support about it. No response. I now have contacted them 3 times and been told someone will get in touch, but no response from PetStock. I was a good customer.... haven't been back since.

The grooming service at Petstock is very well organised. Kelsey (apologies if not correct spelling), provided excellent customer service. Thankyou for taking such good care of Toby. He looks lovely. Reasonable rates.
