I absolutely love Bed Bath N' Table as a rule. The chain has high quality items often at an attractive price. Likewise the staff are usually polite and helpful. However it must be said that there is one customer service lady who has worked at the Mosman store for some time who is turning customers off. (Not just me. I have heard this from friends who shop there as well.) One assistant working at the Mosman store is exceptionally rude, and quite inappropriate in the comments she makes to customers (indeed it seems like an inquisition sometimes, when you simply wish to make a purchase.). My family and I have decided that we will shop at the Warringah Mall Bed Bath N' Table store until this individual changes her ways or leaves.

I have sent a feedback via their website but since i didn't hear back i will write my experience here...On 01/12 I did a purchase at Sydney CBD and was charged by mistake $69.98 for Pemberton DSS" a product I didn't buy (invoice attached). I went to the Mosman store over the weekend with the tax invoice and all products I have purchased. The three staff members at the store advised that they couldn't refund me that I needed to go to the original store and take with me all products I purchased.I was very disappointed since I didn't need to go to the city again anytime soon

Asked to buy some placemats which were up on a shelf. The sales lady literally scoffed, huffed, and puffed at my request. I awkwardly apologised and said it's fine, don't worry. I waited for a friend by the door and went to leave, but she ran after me and literally yelled that I had to buy them, as she gotten them down. It was absurd and everyone in the store was looking away. Never in my life have I experienced something so aggressively north shore. Literally never going back again.

My first time go to Mosman chain, not a very pleasant experience. That rude short hair lady manager (I believe many people has mentioned her already) wasn't very keen to service customers, and a short blonde guy was too busy with his stuffs and left me inattentive for a while even he saw me waiting in front of the counter ready to pay (don't know where is your arrogate attitude come from?).Glad to see there are two new sale people (a very nice dark hair lady and a tall gentleman wearing glasses )are very supportive with great patience to assist me finding every products in my shopping list.I'd much prefer online shopping to avoid poor service quality and I won't go back to Mosman chain again.

Would give more stars if possible. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Tim helped me pick out everything I wanted and was amazing at colour matching. After letting him know I didn't have the ability to carry everything home on the bus he offered to drop it off that afternoon! Best customer service, give him a raise!

I was in the store around a week ago and served by tall handsome Tim. I went in to buy a towel but ended up with a new bedroom. He was very friendly and had great product knowledge, listened to what I was describing about my room and has a great eye for design putting together my new modern bedroom. Where is the 10 star button??

Karen, i know you still work here and you’ve stopped responding to my emails as well as blocking my number. I’m so sorry and should never had done what i did but refusing to let me see my darling Lord Byron is close to pure evil. At the very least please let me give you the remaining cat food as it wasn’t cheap and i’d rather not risk getting curious and trying it again.Brilliant selection of products here though and for decent prices considering the area! My cat used to love the sheets

One of the few stores that has a goid range of lively not boring bed linen. And their Easter decorations range is the best, with 1/2 price kicked in this year just in time to buy the beatiful treats for everyone.
