Today I received excellent service as I had a problem with some pants. Something that was totally my own fault but they fixed the problem on the spot with no charge. So super grateful and very happy with how convenient it is to have a store you can pop into during normal business hours.

This place is unfortunately managed terribly. Inexperienced/ poorly trained staff placing incorrect orders, inadequate stock levels (good luck trying on your size), bad customer service and no promised follow up communication from the manager when querying about a 4 month order delay. Pity they are the only supplier or I would rather take my business elsewhere.

My mother in law required the length taken up for my father in law's jeans. When I made the enquiry they were very helpful. My mother in law was pleased with their work for a fair price.
