The service itself was good, but upon replacing my Mazda key with a new battery, the mechanic didn't put the key back together properly, resulting in half the key falling off the chain while at the beach. This ended up costing me a taxi home, in addition to a locksmith required to cut a brand new key for my car the following day (which I had to leave at the beach overnight). When advised of the issue, the company didn't really offer much in the way of compensation or acknowledgement of the issue.
